Policies
- NO PETS ALLOWED IN CABIN.
- NO SMOKING IN CABIN.
- There is a one time cleaning charge per stay of $45.
- RESERVATION POLICY: A two night minimum rental is required along with a two night deposit to setup and confirm a reservation. Holiday weekends require a minimum stay of three nights and a three night deposit. The balance of charges for the time you reserved are due upon arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you prefer to pay your deposit by check, your check must arrive six weeks prior to your arrival. A $100 security deposit is required upon check in, by credit card.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: 90% of your deposit will be refunded if notification is received at least 14 days prior to arrival date. Non-cancellation or failure to show constitutes forfeiture. We cannot control, nor guarantee the weather, therefore, once checked in, you are responsible for the entire length of stay you reserved. Refunds will not be made for early departures.
- CHECK IN TIME: 3:00PM OR LATER - CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00AM - LATE CHECK OUTS UPON REQUEST WITH ADDITIONAL 1/2 DAY FEE UPON AVAILABILITY.
